PRODUCT PROPERTIES

  1. Single-component, neutral room-temperature curing. Easy application with excellent adhesion, elasticity, and tension/compression resilience. Exceptional thixotropy prevents sagging during construction gap filling.
  2. Bonds compatibly with most building materials.
  3. Superior weather resistance, anti-aging, UV/ozone resistance, and extreme temperature endurance (-50°C to +150°C). Ideal weatherseal solution.

PRIMARY APPLICATIONS

  1. Bonding/sealing for aluminum composite panels and sunrooms; joint sealing for aluminum/plastic/wood/steel doors/windows.
  2. Window/door glass assembly sealing.
  3. Diverse industrial/commercial uses.

CONSTRUCTION PROHIBITIONS

  1. Not for structural bonding.
  2. Unsuitable for surfaces exuding oils, plasticizers, or solvents.
  3. Avoid:
    • Confined spaces
    • Surfaces contacting food/drinking water
  4. Do not apply if substrate temperature <4°C or >40°C.
Note: Curing slows at low temperatures. User must verify suitability.
Manufacturer assumes no liability for consequential damages.
  5. Recommended joint ratio: Width(A):Thickness(B)=2:1

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Maintain adequate ventilation. Ensure substrates are clean and dry.
  2. If uncured sealant contacts eyes: Flush with copious water + SEEK MEDICAL AID.
